"Nice clean and safe"

"I am most impressed with the communication and location of Coachhouse on the Beach! They did an incredible job providing everything we needed to know and offered to change beds depending on who was sleeping where, offered high-chair and baby-bed, and greeted us in person making sure we were satisfied. The location is the BEST. We had a private small yard with a gate attached to our apartment that led to a bigger communal courtyard with luxurious grass and plenty of spots to sit. Walk out that gate and you're in the sand amongst a beautiful clean beach and not many people. Everyone was so friendly and their pets were too! Also a 15 min walk from a nearby park with a walking trail, awesome kids playground, cafe, BBQ, and it's on the waterfront. We spent our sunsets there with our toddler and she loved seeing all the ducks and playing with other kids!"

"What a great property for a family holiday! My sister and her husband were visiting from Switzerland and I booked this house for their month long stay. We couldn’t have asked for more. This house has everything you could possibly need. It has fabulous views and is in an ideal location just a short walk to the bus stop, shops, restaurants, beach and walks. Juvena is a very generous and accommodating host who ensured my family’s stay was all they could ask for. They loved it so much that they have already rebooked for next year. "

"Great spot close to the beach. Very true to the photographs. The pool was a great asset and we used it often and always had it to ourselves. The kitchenette was well equipped however we only used it for tea and coffee as so many lovely restaurants nearby. We didn't mind not having air conditioning but did use the fan when it got hot and also had the doors open for the breeze. Noticed there were no extractor fans in the unit but also that it wasn't at all mouldy and was extremely clean. The building itself is a little tired but once you get in the room it exceeds expectations and is very quiet and peaceful. Would happily stay again and recommend to single or a couple wanting to a great base to enjoy the wonderful northern beach area. "

"Di’s apartment is stylish and comfortable and really well equipped. The location is convenient for the beach, shops and sailing club. It felt more like staying at an old friend’s place than being in a rental. I’m planning to stay again next year."

"Great location close to shops, beaches etc. Quiet leafy street. The studio is super cute, with a very comfy bed and pillows. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you could need for a short stay. The host was very accommodating and answered any questions. House puppy Molly was adorable. The fact that this space was pet-friendly was really important. Maybe a small space for dogs to toilet ( rather than having to go across the road would further improve the stay). We would stay again "
